A Quick Note from Ilium Software ---------------------------------------------- (Seriously, you should really read this) Feel free to use these full versions of our HPC software with Ilium Software's compliments. Please keep in mind that Ilium Software still retains all rights to these programs. In addition, using this software doesn't entitle you to free upgrades or discounted upgrade pricing for Ilium Software's programs on other platforms (although any actual purchases you make from us might.) I mean it was free after all, right? Oh, and the fact that we are offering these for free doesn't imply the free right to distribute them. You can't post and distribute these on your own site, on a CD, from the trunk of a car in a seedy back alley, or in any other fashion. Finally, we're sorry to say that we can't provide support for the HPC versions of our software. Please don't ask us to. Your best support solution is to visit the forums here at www.hpcfactor.com. HPC:Factor as of 2005/09/01, as the exclusively licensed redistributors of 'Ilium Software (Freeware Editions) for Handheld PC' will actively pursue to the extent of International law any end user found to be breaking the rules by which these programs are being redistributed. i. Ilium Software Freeware Edition downloads may only be downloaded from within the hpcfactor.com domain space or from the iliumdoft.com domain space when issued by an Ilium Employee. Any redistribution established on another Internet resource (be it HTTP, FTP or otherwise) is expressly prohibited ii. The inclusion of Ilium Software downloads from this site onto any commercial, not-for profit digital or optical distribution media is expressly prohibited iii.
