A problem exists in Outlook Express 5 for Win16 in handling IMAP mail boxes
and News Groups. Under certain conditions when a 2 digit year is used (e.g.
97 for 1997) Outlook Express may interpret this incorrectly displaying the year
2097. For technical information on this issue see MSKB
Q237824.
