This update does not change the Outlook Express build number which remains at 5.00.0913.2206 To check if the update has been installed correctly, in Outlook Express choose Help > About Outlook Express If the entry for icomm16.dll is showing as version number 5.0.2919.2000 then the Year 2000 update has been installed correctly.
