Microsoft Automap Streets 1.0 for Windows CE 1.0x

In early 1997, and for a limited time, Microsoft made available a version of what later became Pocket Streets for Windows CE 1.0. The program, Pocket Automap Streets 1.0 (1997) was made available only on the Handheld PC Explorer 1.0 installation CD or on Microsoft Office 97 Small Business Edition.

As a result of the very limited circulation of H/PC Explorer 1.0 CD's the program has been lost to the community. HPC:Factor is pleased to announce that with the help of community members, we have compiled a download of the Automap Streets 97 application and all of the demonstration maps.

This program is not Freeware. In order to qualify to use this application you must own a Windows CE 1.0 or Windows CE 1.01 based Handheld PC. The application and map data is © Microsoft Corporation 1988 - 1996.

In order to install Automap Streets 1997, you require H/PC Explorer and a partnership. There is no way to circumvent this requirement.
