Windows CE 2.0 is in color, so how come when I take a screen shot on my MP700 and view it on my desktop it's in grayscale? Isn't there a way to take color screen shots?

Or did microsoft make a grayscale version of CE 2.0 for grayscale devices to save on storage requirements? But I'm sure I read the video out on the MP700 is in color, so I expected screen shots to be in color.

Is there a way to take a screen shot from the video out signal instead? Is the video out 640x240?

Wow, that's weird. A greyscale device with color VGA out... Is it 8-bit?

If you're using screensnap, you're probably using a mono version of it.

8-bit = 256 colour.

The VGA screensnap would still be HVGA in size most likely...
