The link on the 'developer' page for "eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 - Windows CE 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 & CE 5.0 :

) " is an invalid url at microsoft.com; would someone consider providing a valid link or perhaps hosting this package on the site here?
