Download the program "Dictionary" from Evolutionary Systems from the SCL and then go to their website to find links to free dictionaries. It is the only one that I know of that works decently with CE2 SH3 machines. You can store the dictionary files on a CF memory card.

If you can program in Scheme, there's a program called Pocket Scheme. Lambdas are very interesting.

I need some emulator for DOS games and chess program, that would be able to open PGN files.

I know about this, but there are no chess that will work on my handheld and also would be able to open a PGN file.
Do you know if there is any version of ScummVM emulator that works on my handheld?

No, I'm afraid that your hardware/operating system is just too old. Palm Chess from Synctel was the only CE chess program that I know of that supported importing PGN files, and then only for pocketpc handhelds. The HPC version didn't support PGN. There is no ScummVM emulator for your handheld.

You can't just install DOS. Back in the day there was a nagware applet called PocketDOS which was first released in the CE 2 days, but it's been unavailable for years.

If you want DOS, you'd probably be better off with an HP 200LX or something.
