| We've talked about this device before. Some have been popping up on eBay lately.
The official definition of "Handheld PC" includes having Windows CE as the operating system. |

| Still it is a cool toy...I mean you can run any Palm program on the thing, and many in triple the width of the standard Palm. Is yours the wireless version or the standard Dana? |

| Just the plain Dana. I know it technically isn't a HPC but gotta show off right? |

| I wanted a NEC MobilePro 700 but this works just as well. I have been after something like this for writing for awhile, and it really is nice to have something that can run for 25 hours on a charge, be able to see the screen well outside (major issue with my MP780), etc etc etc |

| That's what happens when Microsoft gets to make the definition. |

| No, that's what happens when Apple needs to think out an obvious opponenting product.
I am refering to their "MAC VS PC" advertising series.

| Ok I know THIS one I got today counts! It probably needs a new battery so I may try and open it and put in new cells (2.4v NIMH )

| Nice, I'm sure you'll be using that 33.6kbs modem...
All joking aside, all hpcs with modems make great fax machines... |

| Been looking for information on adding new cells to the battery, since it is dead as a dodo... Seems they are just NIMH cells and by looks of things, AA should fit fine. |
