Not sure if this is right spot, but here goes. I have a cable that can hook up the USB Host port on the Sig3, and want to connect a USB keyboard but it asks for a driver name. Is there one installed on 4.10 .NET or one I can install?

You will need the mini 5 pin, not 4 pin, USB male connector to normal size USB female connector. Since it appears that the keyboard you plugged in is being recognized, then probably all you need now is the Deje USB driver.

Just do a web search for "deje usb driver" and his pocketpc site should show up...

I know Takwu has some experience in this area and his post is where I got this info... HERE

Tried the Deje driver and it still asks for a driver name.

Moved to Windows CE 4.x .net

Rich, unless I recall wrong, the Deje driver just includes usbmsc.dll, which is a mass storage driver. Mikey will need usbhid.dll. There's a package of these DLLs specifically for the Sig 3, which I've uploaded to the Download Centre:

http://www.hpcfactor.com/downloads/details.asp?r={BB8202AA-7DF5-4EC...

This includes a version of usbhid.dll for the Sig 3.

Thanx, C:Amie. I was trying to do it myself but the console wouldn't cooperate.

Just for a record: I used USB keyboard with Sig3. It was flawless except there was a bit strange layout used for it by default - the 1-0 keys of alpha block behaved like they behave on Sig3 IIRC.

Well I tried it, and when I hooked up the Dana this time it did work, but went crazy soon as I started to type... May need to try a hard reset and install only the drivers and MUI pack as a test.
