Salton EP1 ePod

So I'm surfing eBay today and see this CE tablet. It isn't even listed in our hardware list. So I figure if anyone owns one, it is CEGeek.

It is a MIPS machine, VGA CE 2.12, and is loaded with ports. Has internal speakers, also has earphone port, microphone port, 2 USB 1.0 ports, infrared, PCMCIA, CF, and a standard D 9 pin serial port.

It was made to be an internet machine with a subscription service, but all that is just a shell overlay over Windows CE.

It looked pretty neat really....and they have them listed on Amazon as well.

So CEGeek...you gonna add this toy to your collection, or do you already own one?

I had one along time ago, but to be honest i dont remember much about it.....I do remember you had to do some hacking to get it to work properly.
