It is an old "ELECTRONIC TOOL" by NEC called PI-ET1 .

It was a forerunner of PDAs, more like a electronic diary / PDA cross. CPU was Z80 and you could program by BASIC.

160x64 Dot matrix LCD
10digitsx4lines(16x16 dots words(Kanji))
26digitsx8lines(6x8 dots word display(Kana-English))

Memory: 32KB
MAX 128KB RAM Card
0.2W power consumption
Weight: 270grams

Operates with 2x CR2032 batteries
CR1616 battery for memory backup.

It could be used in conjunction with PC-98 (by NEC).

unfortunately I was outbid on it. would have posted more about it though. I think it went for an outrageous price of like $25.00. would have paid no more than $5 for it
