It is an automatic aggregator. I have seen tens of those while searching for some rare information: they scrap everything what they can find on the web using some strange algorythm and present it on single site without any visible structure.

Part of interweb cesspool.

It vaguely reminds me of those placeholder pages for a domain after its original Web site dies - only this one is a lot more sophisticated.
