BSQUARE POWER HANDHELD PASSWORD HELP!!URGENT

I REALLY LIKE IT.BUT I FORGOT THE PASSWORD RECENTLY..EVEN HARDRESET(PRESS "C"+"B"+RESET) DOES NOT WORK....HOW CAN I CLEAR THE PASSWORD???I WRITE TO BSQUARE BUT NO RESPONSE TILL TODAY....ANY ADVICE?TKS!!!!

call them, ... if you have no idea where to start, i may be able to ask someone for a phone number to a bsq. product manager... or what the hell..

tks a lot.i know there are some other people also has the bsq phh password problem.

someone suggest me open PHH,try to find is there any "battery" on the mainboard.if it does exist,clear the password infomation just like we do with a PC when we forget the BIOS(CMOS??) password.

well i can ask about the phone number but i'm not sure he could call them, as the call would cost a lot for him.. i suggest you find a friend who knows english well, or you can do it yourself, after rehearsing a little

about the cmos idea: i'm afraid it doesn't work in this way... it is not a pc.. and if you have a warranty probably you'd void it by opening the bsquare...

update. the bsquare tech support will help everyone who forgot the password.

just write to support (at) bsquare.com ask for a master password due to a forgotten password and give them the IMEI and S/N number of the device!

i'm going now and try the password i received from them.. let's see if it works

what was the email you sent to them?

you must explicitly tell them you need the master password.

e-mail is

be more clear, say it is the master password.

I've the same problem, too :-(
It seems that they don't want to reply to mails asking for master password anymore :-(
