I think he meant the local version of 'UPS'.
And I believe he quoted in RMB, not USD.
To send a A4 document folder to SG, I have to pay about RMB140, that's slight under USD20.
I saw the same advert but am put off by the fact that the sync connector & charging ports are proprietary.
