CAPTIN thanks to you i now have tomtom running on my aytobe without changing folder names or messing with the device. its about time someone said things in english rather then tech terms. so if anybody wants tomtom on there windows system then actually read what captin has wrote as it is really straight forward cheers. Hello, I have the nav-cam 2007 and when I upadated my system, it messed up the unit, and now every time I hit navigation, an error message comes up that says " navigator is not a valid windows ce application"

I have a UK version of the Nav-Cam 7700 but will shorly be visiting Canada on a fly-drive holiday. The links posted on 2008-01-30 seem to work on my device for selected US states if the maps are posted alongside my existing GB maps but I cannot find any maps for Canada, Captin? There is an outline for Canada but presumably to make anything work I need a gaz, map 1,2,3 for each of the Canadian Provinces as there are for all the US states? Is there any possibility of you helping with that, please, Captin?
Incidently, I have been unable to expand the first file, 87745632/tempp.part01.rar. The rar expansion routine demands another file and then gives up but all the other files expand to zip files with no problem. Presumably the first file contains programs and my original programs still work so it is not critical for me but I wonder whether others are encountering the same problem?
