On the 31st of December 2023, EDC Greece released their new version of mapping software NAVeGIS, 21.0.5.

NAVeGIS is a GPS navigation program, primarily focused on utilizing maps from OpenStreetMap. It offers options to connect to various interfaces of GPS modules. NAVeGIS utilizes the .NET Compact Framework version 3.5.
This presumably means any device running the aforementioned runtime can use this program, assuming they're running Windows CE 4.2 or higher.

The version 21.0.5 releases changelog indicates that it is a bug fixe release.
