This is a "radix conversion" tool for WindowsCE that supports binary to 36-decimal numbers.
It is a simple function that just converts the input value from binary to hexadecimal and confirms it.
Only integer values from 0 to 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 (0xFFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF) are supported.
However, QVGA machines such as PocketPostPet range from 0 to 281,474,976,710,655 (0xFFFF FFFF FFFF).
Can be operated with either stylus or keyboard.
