Simple "stopwatch & timer" software
A simple "stopwatch & timer" software for WindowsCE.
Because sigmarion did not have stopwatch function software as standard.
I have also created an exercise for the eMbedded version of VC.

In addition to the normal stopwatch function,
A timer function that can be used while waiting for pasta or cup noodles,
The timer function also includes an off-time function that suspends after a specified time.
(Timer can be set up to 999 minutes and 59 seconds)
I also added it.
