Overview:

When attempting to synchronise Handheld PC Inbox with Microsoft Outlook 97 via ActiveSync you receive the following error message

One or more information types cannot be synchronized.

More Info:

Microsoft Outlook 97 is not supported by the ActiveSync synchronisation architecture. To resolve this error you must either disable Inbox synchronisation with your Handheld PC or upgrade to Outlook 98 or later. You can continue to synchronise Calendar, Contacts and Tasks as normal.
