NOTES:
The following are fixes in this patch version:
1.) PC File Viewer Update and Registry (Internal fax/modem) - (RAM patch)
- This is originally included in the HC-4600 in-box material on the CD.
- PC File Viewer
a.) After using the "Save Copy" features, sometimes part of the Files List display would not update.
b.) File shortcuts did not work (folder shortcuts work OK)
- Internal fax/modem
a.) Unchecking the "Wait for dial tone before dialing" setting in the Call Options tab of Device Properties for the Internal Modem didn't work.

2.) Date/Alarm - (ROM patch)

3.) TouchScreen Sensitivity - (RAM patch)

4.) LCD - (ROM patch)
