Overview:
Adds (beta) driver capabilities for using Socket SDIO WLAN adapters on the Power Handheld.
Difference between this Beta release (Beta5) and Beta4:
- Fixed TaskTray popup by dimming the Configuration menu item.
Changes made to previous versions:
- Changed UI to prevent Config tab from showing with WZC. (Somehow SyChip's run time check for WZC could be fooled).
- Enabled WZC (by removing "UpperBind" from registry section: PegasSDN1\parms\)
- Added Warning Pop-Up to Installer if a value of non-zero detected in a movianVPN registry value. See Anomaly section below.
Problems/Anomalies:
- User must first change a value from movianVPN portion of registry to permit driver load/unload to work properly: Value of "NoCreateDevice" under the HKLM\Comm\movianVPN key must be changed to a Zero.
- Wireless Zero Config icon in the Task Tray will not appear if the SD card is inserted during a soft (Warm) reset. Workaround is to remove the card prior to resetting the Maui device.
- UI sometimes unresponsive to Tap-and-Hold of Antenna icon in the Task Tray (no pop-up menu). Work-around: use double-click to activate the pop-up.
Windows CE Compatibility:
Windows CE .net 4.10
