What all data can be stored about the patient?
For each patient, daily readings can be stored for maximum body temperature, pulse, and respiration, BP, PO etc. A list of things to be done for each patient can be added with date in ToDo. Readings of the tests customized for each patient can be stored along with the date. You can store history of patient along with personal data

How many patient records can be stored?
Any number of patient records can be added, depending on the available space in your device .

How can the tests be customized?
Tests can be customized for each patient separately. The tests to be done for each patient can be entered. Readings about these tests can be entered with date as and when the tests are done .

The present version of Patient Log is available for

Is there any functional difference between trial and registered versions?

There is no difference in the functionalities of trial and registered versions, except for the Registration form that appears every time you open the application, and the 30 day expiry period in trial version.
