ActiveSync 3.8 is the last version of the ActiveSync 3.x client for Windows CE Host synchronisation. ActiveSync 3.8 includes fixes for all previously discovered bugs found in ActiveSync 3, Windows CE Services and Handheld PC Explorer.

It is the last client release to support stand-alone Network synchronisation.
