| OK I cleared everything.... Aw Yeah!... It worked. Now I have to redoo everything. But it is worth it.
Yet again, I offer thanks to you. |

| I have had cookie issue with sites after major work like this. Though I'm reasonable sure CmoneX said she'd already done the flush thing. So her problem could be something else... encoding may be a "two bird, one stone" issue. |

| Another small issue. The count of active registered members visiting the site at a given time doesn't seem to match the number listed right under it. E.g., right now, it says there are six other registered users online, but there are seven names other than mine. Not a real problem, of course, but a rather curious quirk. |

| sorry i must have done something wrong because i didnt delete the cookies.
now i did, but only the two hpcfactor ones. because why delete everything ??? and it works now! woo hoo!
btw one of them was certainly older, that might have been the culprit Edited by cmonex 2006-02-19 6:32 AM

| You may like to check for and clear a cookie assigned numericly to 205.245.49.105 - as you didn't do the flush out it could be lingering.
Now, how about this emoticon issue. Happening in MSIE? |

| Yeah, there are some emoticon issues. For example, this will show up here, but withing parentheses.... ( )
Nothing shows. v1 did not have this problem. It does, however, display with a space (on both sides around it ). ( ) Edited by ProgramSynthesiser 2006-02-19 4:26 PM

| I'm having difficulty posting an image under profile, everytime I click go, it takes me to a dead link. Thoughts? |

| PS, Sorry to inform you, but yet again you're off the ball. V1 did that that problem.
Maul, let me investigate. |

| Umm, I used to post with inside parentheses a lot, and never had that problem. Am I missing something? |

| Trust me it didn't work on V1 if there was no breaking space between the edges of the emoticon markup.
Maul,
This is a kernel fault. I'll look into it properly tomorrow. |

actually the problem was the exact opposite of this, if there was no space then you got a smiley even if you didnt meant it as a smiley is that what you mean? |

| I'm not going to have an argument with you about it PS, be it here, over messenger or anywhere.
If you have used a MBBS Release version then it works. However it does not work here.
And I will tell you how I know this.
Because it is caused by a problem with a forum Mod.
This is and this is ( ) and this is ( ) and this is ( ) and this is ( ) |
