| CE Geek, there is no way I can analyse that much log data in what I consider a reasonable amount of time. This one will have to slide, and I'll assume someone clicked the wrong button. |

| What was really weird, though, is that, IIRC, the image switch only seemed to occur on each device after attempting to connect to a different network. First I saw it on my 790 on 7/12 when accessing a WiFi hotspot, and the images stayed switched on the 790 when I subsequently used it on my home network. Meanwhile, the correct avatar image remained on my notebook PC until after I went out of town last weekend and attempted to locate a wireless network with it in the out-of-town location. Even though I was unable to locate a network there (and thus did not connect ), when I returned home 7/30, I found the images switched on my notebook PC as well. |

| Anyone with mass email subscriptions to the CE1 forum or the hardware forum, apologies, however it was a necessary evil. No they weren't SPAM, I was doing it.
As the mod's knew for a little while, I was going to write in a verification code system. I've now done that - the posting was my testing.
All Registered Users:
- You will be presented for Code Verification on log-in, it's only 6 digit's so please don't whinge at me . It's as unintrusive as I can make it.
I strongly caution board users from taking it upon themselves to test this. I thank-you for your willingness, however I would ask you not to. Anyone who spams the board in doing so will be dealt with, and yes we DO KNOW who you are
All Guest posters:
- You will be presented for Code Verification at Forum Registration
- When Replying to any thread
- When Creating a new thread
- As with HPC:Factor V1, I have also rewritten and implemented my modification to prevent you from posting as "Guest". Sorry, but I find that level of laziness unacceptable. You are required to type a user name, it will no longer auto-complete for you - that is intentional.
Thank-you all. |

| I would like to suggest the search function be improved. I tried to do a search today and no matter what I put in as keywords I got back "No Matches Found". The keywords I tried were "6551" "Intermec" and "Tablet mode". Very frustrating. |

strange, because it was meant to express pure admiration for the new stuff (and no this isn't sarcastic either ) |

| Yes folks, I did spend most of tonight spamming my own board, another one of those necessary evils. If you're using PD9's forum core you might want to check for updates in the next couple of days *whistles* |
