Have you installed the CE 2.0 Network Service Pack?

Did you also install CE 2.0 Service Pack 1, as recommended on the page I linked above?

You have to run the HP SP1 file on your PC to extract the setup.exe file, which you in turn run on the PC while the 660LX is connected via ActiveSync. This will install the CE 2 Service Pack on the 660LX.

SP1 will not actually change issues that you are experiencing with the LAN; so long as the NSP is installed.

You might want to try a different driver. Go to the HCL and search for:
CF100W Compact Flash NIC

Try its 2.0 driver.

By the way, you are using a 2.00 660lx and not a 2.11 660lx, right? Huge difference!
