620lx DHCP Problems

hello i have a hp620lx running winCE2.0 and have installed a linksys wpc11 version.3 NIC card everything loads up and when i insert my card the app starts but after a few minutes it says "DHCP was unable to obtain an IP address. you can reinsert your card later or statically assign an address." just need a little help on the situation.

Which drivers are you using with it, have you properly installed SP1 and the NSP which can be found in H/PC:Update.

I would assume that is installed correctly because it shows up on the computer just fine. i followed the directions and as for drivers I'm using the drivers that linksys has on its web site and that you supply on the compatibility list. I have got it to work once but it just wont recognize the internet.
