Progress bar - Flickering

Hi Everyone,

I used progress bar control in my application, I am using WinCe 5.0. The movement of the progress bar is smooth when it moves from bottom to top but I found that there is some flicker / scattering when it comes from top to bottom.
I want the movement of the progress bar without flicker / scattering with uniform motion from top to bottom and viceversa.

Could Anyone help me out to solve this issue.
