well this is not for this thread but i cannot find the one about hpc update :/ must be tired..

anyway, the driver download (there is only one) for the bsquare doesn't have a fully correct description, it is not a SDIO update, it is just a SD wlan card driver.

i'm saying this only because someone contacted me asking if he needs this SDIO update

Moved into new thread

Please just make a new thread rather than dropping it into something unrelated

Can you give me more on what you think the description should say, to avoid needing to edit it again. Thanks.

I am assuming that it is a Socket SDIO driver, given the Pegas registry pointer.

OK, just usually i don't like making new threads (there are of course exceptions.. when it is about hacking ) and thought there was a hpc update thread already

sorry for the delay in replying.

yes it is a driver for a socket SDIO wlan card, but it is nothing to do with the SDIO capabilities of the bsquare phh, and that was causing misunderstanding.

so the line "Adds Socket SDIO Support to the Power Handheld." could be edited somehow.

could we edit thread title to just say HPC Update bug / etc reports?

i tried to download cenet vb redist from it for 900c to try your app on the 900c with an older rom, and i get this after going to the download after selecting the update:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'j'

/support/update/constants.asp, line 589

...luckily the v2.0 rom has evb embedded properly (just the CAB i had and used isn't working, i guess i added more registry entries in the rom than that CAB) so i was able to try the app in the end.

cmonex, just create a new thread in the future.

Sounds to me like you were unlucky enough to be accessing H/PC:Update last night when I was writing in some bug fixes to the code, the J issue existed while H/PC:Updates function module was being replaced (several times) on the server.
I made quite a few fixes yesterday.

I would not expect you to be seeing it this morning, if you do, let me know.

Problem is that historically whenever we create threads for a specific purpose, we spend most of our moderation time merging them together because people don't look. :/

Sorry for the error in the first place
