I had received and installed the CE 2 upgrade for my old and dear 320 LX . The hardware installation is really easy. Follow the included instructions, the ROM module fits smoothly and secure. The delicate task, at least for me, was to release the old overlay and in especial to fix the new one in the exact position.
Once upgraded, I can connect normally with ActiveSync, install servipack, and some others programs.
Now I use my rescued 320 again, it works fine and only need a couple of AA alkaline cells to power it in case of the Ni-Mh batteries become exhausted.

So in conclusion the chip you have is what I am looking for, as I am also in the uk what is the overall price I would need to send to you to obtain one of these chips? I do not yet have the device in my hand, so if you send me a price I am not being rude in taking a whilst getting back to you ! |
