| I've installed the 680 version of Jlime, but my Proxim card is not supported.
The main reason for the switch is getting a better internet experience.
I wonder what the people of HPC Factor think about the Jlime web browser for 680, is it worth the switching and purchasing a WiFi card that is supported? | |

| I dont own any 6xx's, but from what i remember if you choose to use the opie userland, you get the 2006 version of konqueror embedded which is far superior to the version of IE the 6xx comes with.
Donkey also has an icewm userland, but no 'good' browser exists for that, just dillo, as gtk2 is too heavy to run on a 6xx. So no firefox, minimo etc.
Is it worth spending 30 dollars... sure, but for a few dollars more you could buy a 7xx and have more browser choices and a faster unit.
Cheers. | |
