ClearView Technology have released to us the latest screenshot set for the forthcoming miPC Infinity all-in-one mobile PC/PDA and Entertainment centre.

The new screenshot set outlines the main software features of the device, and includes some new images of the new Opera Mobile 9 for Windows CE (complete with modern rendering engine and tabs) - licensed by Opera for the first time onto Windows CE 5.0 for the Infinity.

The new screenshots mark a ramping up in PR activity from Quebec based ClearView Technology as the release date for the self styled 'miPC' draws ever closer.

Let us know what you think of the Infinity's software suite in the comments or on the forum!

The new press release was unfortunately distributed in PDF format and given that the images inside have been spliced into multiple parts, we couldn't extract all of the images for display onto the forum, however you can view some select images from the release below, or download the PDF in full via H/PC:Update.

No, they didn't "take" the 900c custom ROM skin...
Some elements are similar indeed, but most components of the skin are original...

It is a damn good job either way Geared2003. Gets my thumbs up - now sell it to Microsoft for inclusion into Platform Builder; make yourself a few £

Can't argue with that.

Seeing those screenshots, I think I'm in love.

Very nice software suite.... very impressed with what they have done so far.

Really impressed with that... Now if only they can clamshell the larger screen model (with a flip round screen like on the intermec )

We were promised a review device in February, March and April, nothing materialised. I suspect, sadly, that they've run out of money and that the dream is now over.
