Perhaps those receiving this via e-mail could tell me whether I missed a notice that the main page http://www.hpfactor.com/ would be down?

I can access the site at a lower directory level (i.e., ../forums/), but going back to the index results in various errors, depending on where I might be.

I can see that people are posting, but I'm one of those that just checks (um, daily) and looks at the most recent threads window on the front page.

(missing my HPC:Factor forum fix)

My err, I had left a locked cursor in EM on the SQL server. It should be operating now.

A "locked cursor"? That wouldn't be insurgent, would it?

Thanks. I've once again got a "productivity goal"... i.e., finish this *&^* task and I can check on what's happening at HPCFactor.

My mistake. I was picturing insurgent locked up in the server cupboard, cursing at the top of his lungs.

Insurgent doesn't have lungs, binary lifeforms have no need for them.
