Not slow for me 1.47secs, according to fasterfox.
Posting ? will let you know after posting.

Normally I can download @ 7-8 mbps, but sometimes, I get a bad connection - 1kbbs.
I disconnect & reconnect until I get a good connection, can be bad on a weekend when all the teenagers are talking on MSN & Facebook.
Yes a bit slow on posting -- 21 secs
9.5secs on the edit
2nd edit - 0.578secs

There I was thinking it was just Vista

Someone has been making a nuisance of themselves by making repearted and constant calls to the bbs database server, exemplified nicely in the graph attached. You can see exactly when they were active.

Note that this is relative disk load, not site traffic.

The real issue is that we need new servers.

I would say it wasn't during the time I posted, since my post was a couple days after the graph data...however, I'm assuming that C:Amie was just showing the trend that is causing the problem. Opening the post was fine. Saving this post took me 32 seconds before the screen refreshed, but the edit only took 2 seconds.
