I'm trying to install Debian on my Jornada 720. I've been told to add "deb http://stevenwiki.homedns.org/720/apt/ stable main" to /etc/apt/sources.list. But stevenwiki.homedns.org is no longer available now, I can't open it with my desktop PC. Source mirrors for Debian such as mirrors.geekbone.org seems can't work well with Jornada 720. Is there any alternative choice?

You can use main debian ARM repos with 720degrees (The sarge ones), the 720degrees repos only provided a few things i can mirror if you want, but they're not really important

deb http://gulus.usherbrooke.ca/debian sarge main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian sarge main contrib non-free
deb http://www.backports.org/debian sarge-backports main contrib non-free
deb http://mirrors.kernel.org/debian sarge main contrib non-free
deb http://mirrors.kernel.org/debian oldstable main contrib non-free

that's my /etc/apt/sources.list if you're interested, it works well and it has the backports repos (they backport some etch packages to sarge)

Thank you very much. I add those items into my own sources.list. But when I'm using "apt-get install ***", it will return "unmet dependencies", such as "libc6 (>=2.3.5-1) but 2.3.2.ds1-22 is to be installed". Does that mean sarge is out-of-date?

I forgot if kdrive (lightweight version of X), xtscal (tool to calibrate the touchscreen), etc are included, so if they're not just tell me and I will mirror them.

Thanks, I got almost evething from ftp.debian.org and other images.
I tried debian+xfree86+ion2. After running startx, I can see the graphic interface, but I didn't find a way to run xtscal automatically, so the cursor runs away when I touch the screen. And the key problem is, the keyboard works fine before running startx, but after that, it just fails. Without the keybord, I can do noting under ion2.
What can I do to fix this?

Part of my XF86Config-4 is as below.

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "CoreKeyboard"
Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
Option "XkbLayout" "us"
EndSection
