Hi All,

I have a question: Intermec\s modem connector is for modular phone plug, right. The plug should be 6-mm broad, right, which is not standard RJ12 in Europe. The standard is 10 mm broad. The smaller modular RJ is used for the handset, still it is to big to use with the Intermec. DID ANYONE FOUD A SOLUTION, where to buy it, what is the name of the plug suitable for Intermec modem.

I do not own an Intermec, but I will take a stab in the dark here and say that it is probably a RJ11 connector.

Hi, it was stupid of me, isn't it. The jack is RJ12. SORRY.

My next problem: I have established modem internet connection but when trying to load a web site like www.msn.com, the answer is "connection with server cannot be established". I have tried www.hpcfactor.com, not a chance.IE is ver 4.01. I tried with proxy and without proxy. WHAT IS WRONG? I hope it is not so simple as my previous question. Regards, John, Intermec 6651
