Another bug on HPC: Factor

I've just been fed up of this bug so i would like to mention it here ... When I click on my settings and click on the 'Change Avatar' and try to upload an image from my laptop, it weirdly doesn't respond and it doesn't show my photo i have just uploaded. I'm not sure if it even ever actually loaded. I'm able to do it on another PC, but not on my main PC. I've tried several image types: JPEG and BITMAP. Either doens't seem to 'work'. Then I skip to the forums and realise my avatar doesn't appear on my post. Strange.

Perhaps you need to empty your browser cache after you upload a new avatar for it to show up correctly.

Or you're tryimg to upload a file that is too big.

Delete your current one to reset your allowance and try from scratch.

This reminds me of the avatar bug here I experienced a couple of years ago, when my avatar was magically changed (without any action on my part) from the airborne dirt bike you see now to a picture of me with Hillary Clinton that used to be on my profile settings page. I had to change it back manually as I recall.

I've tried that, deleting the current and uploading a new one but that doesn't work either. It's only on my laptop that I can't do it.
