At long last I have been able to connect my HPC780 using a WPC1 v3 card. I'm getting a good signal, etc. However, now the device cannot obtain an IP address.
Any suggestions? |

| Enter WEP key in hex once more after you entered it and soft reset your device. |

| This is a windows ce forum, if you want 98, 2000, xp drivers etc you need to go to linksys. |

I continue to have issues with my NEC 780 obtaining an IP address. How do I resolve?

| If it isb't obtaining an IP address then you haven't got the security sorted out. To ensure that the card is working, disable security on your access point (temporarily) and check that it connects. If it does, then you know that you are having a security problem.
Remember that you need to use WEP and not WPA for anything under CE4.2. |

| don't whether this will help but I got my Linksys WPC11 V3 working on a Jornada 680 by using the Compaq WL100 drivers for WinCE 2.11, works perfectly. |
