Flash content on Windows CE 6.0

Hello,
I'm trying to get a Flash player to work on proprietary hardware running Windows CE 6.0; I know this isn't the most appropriate forum, but I've found several posts here by people who have bent flash.dll to their whims, so I have thought to ask...

Has such a port ever been attempted? I've read of hex modifying some portions of flash.dll, but not for CE 6.0; do you have some pointers to direct me to?

(The final aim is to get YouTube videos to play properly on IE - or some other browser).
