I need a new main battery for my HP 620LX. HP part numbers (F1253A/F1254A). I would prefer the F1254A extended battery if anyone has one which holds a good charge and is not too old. The battery I have now will no longer accept a full charge. If anyone knows where I may still be able to purchse a NEW battery, let me know. Thx! I have a few web sites I saw these and am checking to see if available...

How desperate are you? The reason I'm asking is I have both a standard battery and an extended battery for my 620LX. I seldom use the standard battery anymore; I just be sure to charge it occasionally so it doesn't go dead. Anyway, if you're really desperate I may be willing to part with the standard battery. I know it isn't your first choice, but I can't give up my only extended battery.
