It seems that following downloads are no more valid:

http://www.hpcfactor.com/downloads/ilium/download/

I tried to get anything from Ilium web site without success. It is strange because on Illium web site I found following statement:

'Ilium Software no longer releases software for Handheld PCs (H/PCs), but our older Handheld PC software is available for free at HPCFactor.com.'

May be software should be posted again on HPCFACTOR.

Ilium wanted a license use tracker as part of our relicensing agreement, it looks like their tracker has been deleted and so the download is failing. I will get it sorted asap.

Please DO Not contact Ilium. I especially do not need people contacting them on my behalf. Thank-you.

UPDATE 00:00 GMT: I have turned off the tracker, the downloads will now work as expected.
