.......right, okay C:Amie.

I'll do that.
I was just a little worried that I was going to install something that wasn't going to work but was going to screw around with alot of internal workings that would of been beyond me to fix!!

So, once I install and run that cab file setting the TCPMP to GAPI, that should make it work??

I know it's been a slog but I hope this thread has been, and will be of use to newbies like me!!

Cheers,

Gaz

........WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!......................B I N G O !!!!!!!!
.

I christened my Jornada 720 with a test viewing of Carry On Camping!!!

I'm just tinkering with the frame rate to choose. The first conversion was done to plain old video quality which is fine for me.
(Keeps the ol' file size down)
It converted it at a default 15 FPS but I found this a little slow and blurry. I'm going to find a happy medium. I have an 8 Gig storage card so no harm there.

Just one last thing.........(I sound like Columbo don't I)

The TCPMP cab which I carried on with seemed to install another app called "Core Player" which is the one doing the business.
Can I get rid of PocketMVP now with no harm??

Kill pmvp.
TCPMP = the Core pocket media Player.

Try doing your own dvd catalyst benchmark and generate your own screen rating. That should save you from playing around. Instructions in the support section.
