FS: [USA] NEC MobilPro 900

I was hunting for a simple focused use device and purchased this NEC MobilePro 900 on ebay a few months ago(10/08). While there are many very nice aspects to the platform, I ultimately decided that a Newton eMate was more suited to my uses. I would therefore like to put my NEC MobilPro 900 back into circulation.

This is a good working device. I have tried all the connectors and slots and they work correctly. It comes with a stylus, and a power adaptor. The battery seems to last about a couple hours with a WiFi card and a couple evenings of text input for my use. Also included is a CD of assorted items that came with the device when I purchased it.

The unit had stickers, velcro patches and lots of dirt on and in it when I purchased it, but it has been thoroughly cleaned. I would not be mistaken for a new device, but overall it is in nice condition with a sharp clear screen. I installed the Cmonex V2 ROM on the unit, which I found to be a big improvement over the software installed by the eBay seller I got it from.

I am asking $55.00 for the device shipped via USPS Priority Mail. I prefer PayPal payments, though other arrangements can be made.

The MP arrived today in good condition.....I have had to calibrate it several times, but it seems to be improving (I found several helpful tips in the forums).

I had been planning to keep my 790 and get a 900 down the road, but then realized that if I sold the 790 and a few other accessories, I'd have enough for a 900. I like what I see so far, though I haven't been able to explore too much yet.
