I have read something about these E70 models, they have very limited BT stack, file transfer and headset profiles only, so you'll need to install another BT stack, then you probably will be able to connect cellphone.
As for soft, much software from Windows Mobile will run without much pain. Java machine can be also installed.
Yeap, it doesn'y have GPS soft, but it shouldn't be a big problem to install it.
I guess this means Microsoft doesn't support native bluetooth dunn profile in Win CE 5.0, is that right? Or is this something that 3rd party adds on to CE? I've done some reading regarding this and most of it involves some really technical steps. Exactly how difficult is this process involving rebuilding the os? Can it permanently damage the device?
Not having the ability to use my cell as bluetooth modem would really defeat the reason for me to purchase this unit. Nokia's N810, I know will work fine with my phone but....it seems the N810 doesn't support stereo bluetooth headphones.
As anyone using a windows ce 5.0 device been able to use the unit to tether it with cell phone modem and how did you get it work? thanks again.
