On another site I maintain, I used to use a humorous picture of Richard Simmons whenever someone would try to hotlink an image.

I'll not go into detail about my temptation.
The stupid fact is: I allow anybody to copy anything from that site ( 200lx.net ) provided
they just mention the site. And effectively that works well, I found one site quoting an extensive
description (without explicit mention) but farther on a complete link to my site.

And google shows no keywords at all from my site, but explicitly and only the copyright notice,
so they even invite people to use my info in a polite manner.

Probably a slow escalation is in order. I'll warn you when good taste has
been exceeded by me

98% of all content that gets lifted off of this site is done without credit, links and with links explicitly removed.

I read our reviews weekly ripped off onto other people's blogs, links, author details and copyright removed, but us hosting the images still; naturally.
