| The device comes with a screen protector on it, unfortunately that protector is very reflective as such it isn't the best in directed sunlight. I honestly do not know what it is like with the protector removed as I've never pulled one off. May be Cmonex or another member can answer that for you.
As to the wifi, if you have a card with power management capable drivers you should see 3.5 - 4.5 hours if my memory serves me. |

| The last 24 hours now. This is your absolute last opportunity to buy a G138 from me, I have no more after this, this is my personal device up on ebay!
Get yourself a bargain! |

| If you max out the brightness, it is readable in sunlight, just that the picture quality suffers, and battery drains a lot faster. But hey at least it is useable, unlike most laptops. |

| It's the last 40 minutes of the auction, and it is going to be sold! |

| I have bought it.
I have scanned the forum to know something more about this machine.
There is a cmonex stable rom. Is worth to try? Is the biult in instable? Is the cmonex rom installable directly from the device or it needs a lan connection with a PC?
Thanks for the answer. |

| Needs LAN connection from PC...
It is worth using. There was a mistake in the rom reporting available ram incorrectly which causes the G138 to crash regularly... Stable rom removes this problem.

| If you have WLAN, you normally have a jack for LAN (unless you 'borrow' WLAN access from your neighbor). |

Yep but you need another machine to send the rom down the lan to the smartbook |

| well, but that machine can send it through WLAN to the router, then the router through LAN to the smartbook... |
