CE Agenda on Jornada 820?

I think I know the answer to this, but I searched the forums and couldn't find a definitive answer, so thought I'd ask.......CE Agenda won't work on the J820, right? I tried the HPC2000 arm version, and it installed OK, but won't launch (right processor, wrong OS).

Just wanted to confirm that it won't work.

It may well work with the OS version hexedited to 2.11 - especially given that there were MIPS and SH3 versions written for CE 2.x.

Forgive my inexperience.....I'm looking at CE Agenda in Regedit, but where do I find the OS version?

You have to download a program called "executabilitycheck" from cmonex's site here. Launch it and open the CE Agenda executable and possibly DLL files with it and change the OS version of the file(s) to 2.11. The program will also tell you what DLL files the executable or DLL in question depends on, and if there are any such DLLs that are currently missing.

Another remote possibility is to hexedit the ceagenda.exe file and change the calls from mfcce300.dll to mfcce211.dll and the same for the olece300.dll to olece211.dll.
