| look, i 'm using the same redirected email for every forums i'm registered. It's quite simple it's like forum@xyz.com
another like com@xyz.com for every commercial websites i need registration
another like spam1/2/3@xyz.com for every other sites i'm pretty sure i'll receive spam or marketing emails
another like forname@name.com for official stuffs & work
so that when i receive spam, i can trace it to know where it comes from ! & then when i receive too much spam on one of this spam dedicated address, i simply delete it good by spam !
well it's not that complicated to drive, but however for this forum, it's the second time i never receive emails during registration process at my forum@xyz.com address. I'm pretty disapointed |

| Both insurgent and I looked into your complaint, and neither of us can see anything wrong with our configuration. Your original emails bounce records were a very random, very uncommon error about malfunctioning NS records. If the NS records were malfunctioning, you wouldn't be able to browse this site - no one would.
As far as we are concerned and until anyone shows us evidence to tne contrary, the problem is with the ISP behind your forum@xyz.com e-mail. I suggest you contact them and ask them to reset their email configuration filters for anything on hpcfactor.com, then try and change your profile address back to your forum@xyz.com address. |

| I've tried registering with two different e-mail addresses and neither receives a joining e-mail. I've also tried e-mailing the webmaster and I receive a failure notice for this address. Any ideas? |

| thcrw739,
We've had a server move and up until this morning had no working mail servers. Please try it now and let me know if anything happens.
You should be able to get me on my e-mail now too. |

| Public email has only been up since this morning. If any of this was attempted earlier than that then it wouldn't have worked. |

|
| C,
I've been trying it about every 15 mins, 2 mins ago was the last time.
Same error each time ! |

| So I've just seen.
I've escalated that one with Insurgent. It looks like the US mail server doesn't trust the UK server. tut tut, what happened to "special friends"? |
|
|
|
| Ok thanks,
I hope it gets resolved soon.. |
