DST Update CAB on HPC:Update

I've downloaded the DST Update cab from HPC:Update (for my Netbook Pro) and it tells me it's not a valid cab file. When I look inside of it, there's only one file, which is apparently the fix. So I think it's missing the .999 or .000 file (I forget which) or a setup.xml file to be able to "install" the contents.

Edit: I ended up downloading this registry file and importing it (after first removing the comments at the top of the .reg file) using TRE on my device to get the changes.

It is only supposed to have the 000 in it.

Nope, get the same error about not being a valid Windows CE Setup file.

Then I don't think that I ever had a working copy. Anyone?

Daylight Savings Time...it changed in 2006, the start/end dates changed from the embedded values on CE devices.
