Here you will find screenshots/reviews of a couple mahjongg games for the HPC. They're not free, but they have trials/demos available and are still being sold for $5 each here and here.

The Mahjongg game Taipei in the Microsoft Entertainment Pack for Windows CE looks pretty nice.

Too many "pirated" copies on the www probably and low sales...just not worth maintaining. Only place I found that is still actively selling it is Dell.

Mine too. Once in a great while one turns up on eBay - that's where I got mine a few years ago (for 5 USD).
