.nb to .bin conversion help

Hi to everybody,
I am facing a problem, trying to convert .nb file created by dumoromx -a command,
on raw image .nb0 file.
I was trying xipbin to do it, it does it well but someone told me that xipbin was developped
for win. CE 4.x and I need tool for win. CE 5.0.
I've loaded this xipbin creation on my gps, which is unbricked Tevion 4.3" 4301,
and it works even if I add 1 extra .dll file to .nb0 but when I add more files and convert back
to NK.bin it refuses to load it.
I did try also nk2bin3 but even base file didn't work.
I'm not an expert and I don't know the reason why the tool refuses to work I just need something
to do it myself i cannot ask people to do it for me all the time I'm adding to my rom.
This unit of mine needs badly some .dll files to run some applications, Wolf NCU is an example
it needs IMGDECMP.DLL to run, this one is added and is working fine.
I've read the manual from hpcmonex.net, actually both of them, started on dll reloctoolpack
but this is for the future, when I feel mor comfortable, I've learned a little bit
Does anybody here, know of the right tool for windows CE 5.0 to do the job.
There is another question I have: does anybody know anything about new manuals for
dumping roms and all the additions cmonex is creating, did she release them?

It looks like for some reason no one wants to answer this question.
I did find something, which works on TINYNK.bin, NK.bin and Chain.bin
and you've guessed it, it is b000ff.exe, its so simple.
You convert .bin to .nb0, add your files with dumpromx, like this:
dumpromx -f wince.nls -a wince.nls -5 tinynk.nb0
and convert it back with b000ff.exe to .bin, Russians replaced language file, wince.nls
in TINYNK.bin with it and celebrating now.
I've got one question to cmonex: why did you remove this file?

It's not that we don't want to answer the question, it's most likely because most of us are not familiar with that kind of stuff. Cmonex and maybe a few others are the ones that do a lot of that kind of tinkering.

I didn't want to offend anybody here, I've got this answer from Russians because I've supplied this TINYNK.bin for them to work on it
to replace the language file.
Tinynk.bin is like separate kernel for HP IPAQ 31x GPS devices, the rom is different then the ordinary HPC device, with single rom file.
Some devices have got NK.bin, TINYNK.bin and some have got DRIVERS.bin as well and all this files have to be loaded when you do the rom upgrade.
There is very nice gentleman, his name is Alex, who created very nice software to extract all this bin files from SMFlash disk or whole flash disk image,
Disk image can be created using DISKRW.exe by toenailed from buzzdev.net, it works from within windows CE or mobile environment.

don't remove these dll files they have to be together with DiskRW in one folder.
Both of these software already rescued a few bricked gps units around the world.
I didn't want to ask him, all the time, to do the conversions for me, so I came here to get some advice.
You could find, in this forum some nice answers, when you just read through, but people here tend to ignore you questions.
I did post a few question here, and never got any answers, that's why my post could look like a bit sarcastic.

Hi,
here is this boooff.exe, if you want to test it, it converts nk.bin to .nb0
tinynk.bin to .nb0, drivers.bin to .nb0 and back from .nb0 to .bin.
